Opal is the sixteen year old daughter of the family. Throughout the search, Opal assists Gabe by keeping him in check and devising plans for the two when the situation gets ugly. Opal is a fairly intelligent character although she can occasionally find herself confused due to her lack of knowledge regarding the moldy environment. (Appears in Part 1 and 2)
Voice Detail - I'm looking for a slightly high pitched, youthful sounding tone. Opal is a fairly energetic character who often can exaggerate just a little bit under pressure, but up to a certain point. In most instances she's actually the voice of reason.
"Oh thank god, you're here! My family is insane. There's no time to chat, follow me!"
"T-This is impossible! I checked the basement last night and the mold was only up to the ceiling. I never thought it would grow into this!"
"Gabe, you need to calm down! You're drawing attention to us. Let's just ask the clerk about where we need to go."
