A self-proclaimed "hacker lord", DrainWatts is a net energy vampire who uses his dark subroutines to drain programs and servers of any valuable information and more importantly, their energy. He's built himself a reputation for his skills, in addition to his theatrics. He enjoys preying on female proxies during their sleep cycles, once bitten they slowly become his energy vampire slaves. He becomes obsesed with Deedee and Feefee and will stop at nothinng until he adds them to his collection.
