Back Story: As the Head General, Kai's main goal is to insure the safety and compliance of the citizens of Dyb. But recently, some annoying group of vigilanties have been making his job harder.

  • Good morning, citizens of Dyb. As most of you know, I am second leading general Kai, of the Dybian Army. I am here this morning to discuss a disappointment on the part of you, the citizens.

  • You see Levi, Raven, Raz? You can't run forever. Detain the idiots before I get even angrier.

  • You will be tracked down and eliminated just like the rest of the D level swine. Oh and if you thought there was a chance that this disease called disobedience would go untreated, don't worry we're taking care of it right now.
