A convict paired up with Screecher, and the more unstable of the two. Enjoys toying with vulnerable people when he can, but becomes easily flustered and panicked when things don’t go his way. Screecher is the only person capable of calming him down if he becomes too wild.

The player finds him and Screecher holding Sullivan captive, and seems more than ready to kill him at the slightest convenience.
