Arguably the evilest of the three, Noah is the only one that continues to go after Dawn's soul as the show progresses. He often sits on her shoulder and whispers insults to her. He has an earworm like voice, something that would be super distinct but not annoying necessarily, also feel free to play with a Boston or New York accent for him if you can fit it. Please look at Alex Hirsch's voice acting work as King from The Owl House and Bill Cipher in Gravity Falls.
