Hello, my name is Derek Aronow. I am a 22Â year old high school graduate and current college student from Maryland.Â
I am an aspiring writer and voice actor who loves reading, writing, and playing video games.
I’ve always had a fascination with the human imagination growing up, but what first gave me the idea for voice acting and acting in general was performing Shakespeare in my English class where I also discovered a love for creative writing. I attended a high school theatre class which I was in for two years where I honed my acting skills and I was also in a creative writing class that helped me sand the edges off of my writing. Currently, I’m looking to help out on some projects to get my name out there and have fun doing it.

I was born and raised in Ohio, and have been glued to a screen since I was a little child. Anything relating to entertainment (Movies, Games, Novels, etc.) interests me, and I'm hoping to contribute to these forms of media now that I'm older, instead of just enjoying them.
I'm a hobbyist 3D animator, writer, and voice actor. Please note that while I can make 3d models and animate them, I do not do so for outside projects due to the often intensive specifications per model, my lack of talent in texturing the 3D models I make, and the repeated revisions that often ensue. As such, I do not put these skills in my profile tags to prevent people from finding my profile through said tags without reading this.

In terms of my experience, I have starred in two live productions which were put on by my Drama course at my college. The first being George Bernard Shaw's "Candida", where I had one of the main male roles, the Reverend James Morell (Demo from this should be attached to my profile). The second was Shakespeare's "The Taming of the Shrew", where I had the part of Hortensio (and his disguise, Litio). Both productions received general praise in the local community that they were preformed in. Besides that, I have been involved with a few family, community, and personal projects.
In addition, I have taken both Grade 9 and 10 Vocal music classes in high school, in addition to Peer Tutoring for both courses in my Grade...
