Basil (no last name) is a Parisian espionage agent who may or- in a less likely way- be working for the French government. He's arrogant with reason as he's a slippery bastard always using any means to evade capture. At times, he may he helpful to the Heroes and on other more frequent occassions he's doing something highly illegal or extremely immoral.

The Spy to Francis' Medic, Basil is inspired by the suave secret agent with a knife. From his accent to his questionably polite yet condescending mannerisms you won't find a more wretched hive of scum an- sorry got lost in the wrong movie there. Basil isnt as cold as TF2's Spy, in fact he sounds much more cheery for a man whose currently stealing your identity and framing you for larceny.

Unlike Doc, he'll have purely minimal full French sentences. Just get a non exaggerated French accent and pronounce the words correctly.
