Mina is a reoccurring character who is a human.

She occasionally berates the Captain because of his incompetence.  

She has two states normally.  The drunk version of herself, and the normal teasing/serious version of herself.  She's pretty normal when it comes to character dialogue.

She doesn't really have a defined role, but she works on the bridge and seems to be somewhat of the captain's secretary.

This character is a repeating character within all of the stories so expect quite a bit of lines. You will be in almost every single episode and possibly every personal story.

I imagine her voice to be mid-ranged
