A superhero from the depths of outer space, Elemental HERO Neos is a defender of justice anywhere a hero is needed. He deals with large scale galactic level threats on the regular, and handles them all with the sort of confidence and heroism befitting the most reveared of all the Heroes.

Neos is one of the most morally righteous characters, believing in doing the right thing regardless of personal risk and danger.
