Leader of the space pirates and former military. Moors is a alien/human hybrid who was made that way due to a planned outbreak at a space resort. He was put through experiments that affected him mentally and physically. Escaping captivity and finding out it was planned for him to be transformed and experimented on, he vows revenge against the same country he served by finding the DOSE crystals. Moors is a vindictive, evil man but he is also smart, tactical, and trained in military combat. He controls an army of alien soldiers that mainly kidnap people from different planets and sell them to unknown clients

(Giving exposition) I read up on files showing that my transformation was planned by the same people I put my life on the line for. All those years of proudly serving my country and this is how I was repaid? So I renounced my military status, used the same substance that brought my voice back on the other aliens, trained them until they were military ready and before I knew it, I had created my own army.
(Speaking to Praimai) I'm gonna make 2 predictions. First one; this isn't gonna be our last time meeting. Second one; you're gonna be nothing but a pain in my ass. This "cough medicine" you were given has unknown effects. Hopefully it turns you into a "freak" like me. Find me, and bring my crystal if you'd like an antidote.
I could be just hearing things, but did you put a kind of southern accent on it?
I did put a bit of a western tilt on it. When I read the character description I imagined a man like a coiled snake, seemingly non explosive always operating at a calm yet intense level, until pushed to far.
