Nian, unemployed, is familiar with all kinds of metal craftsmanship and exhibits a profound knowledge in metallurgy that is inconsistent with her background. She is currently staying in Rhodes Island as a visitor, occasionally advising on Rhodes Island's metalworking projects. She claims to be skilled in audio-visual entertainment, often providing products that are not received too well by Operators.
An enigmatic individual from Yen, Nian visits Rhodes Island and stayed as a visitor, whose presence proves to be troublesome for other R.I. staff due to her attitude, particularly by playing mahjong with others and slacking off most of the time. However, Nian is known for her metalworking skill which proves to be valuable for R.I. operations, and sometimes lend her hand as a combatant with insurmountable combat skills in contrast to her behavior outside the battlefield. Nian wrote a concept B-movie together with Lava, where she also acts as the antagonist.
