Mayer was born in Columbia and was a member of the Rhine Lab Research Lab. She is the inventor of the "Meeboo" wire control system. She is outstandingly capable and runs her own workshop called "Lutra." She is currently working with Rhodes Island to provide assistance with construction, planning, and development.
An Anaty from Columbia working for Rhine Lab, Mayer is known for creating remote-controlled drones (known to R.L. as "meeboos") in the shape of otters which gave them the rather uncreative nickname "robotters" that she uses on her daily work. A friend and admirer of Dr. Olivia Silence, Mayer joined Rhodes Island to follow her footsteps (while completely unaware of the details surrounding the so-called "Flame Demon Incident" involving Silence), assigned to R.I.'s engineering department with her very own workshop called "Lutra".
