She now receives treatment in Rhodes Island, as well as provides battlefield medical aid, Originium technical assistance, and other services to Rhodes Island.

Part of the Followers alongside Nearl and Shining, the Sarkaz healer called Nightingale has an obscure past and an emotionless attitude, though it is implied that she were once "a prisoner of her own conscience". Nevertheless, Nightingale, along with the other Followers, lend her aid to Rhodes Island in treating other Infected, wherever and whoever they are, with her outstanding knowledge in medical physiology.
