Dimitri was raised to be the perfect servant by a rigorous training program that bought children from the slave trade. Therefore he was taught to be pristine, adaptable, polite, and to put his best foot forward. However, away from those he serves, he is a self-assured person that loves his independence. He views his servitude as a chain around his life, which leads him to be bitter towards the elite around him. He continues to do his job faithfully due to a programmed sense of responsibility. With those he's comfortable around, he's earnest, blunt, and kind.
1) (Formal, kindly) "It would be my pleasure. Miss Zoya, if I may call you such, I'm Dimitri Valcrow. Most just refer to me as Dimitri. I'll leave that up to your discretion however."
(Drunk, nervously flirtatious) "No offense taken, Miss Zoya. While surprising, your actions were enlightening and proved my point. You are quite skilled, incredibly so. That's speaking as someone who got to see a bit of your skill. And as someone who wishes to pay you a genuinecompliment."
(Forlorn a bit dismissive) It's easy to see she isn't happy with the man. Just complacent...It saddens me she is reduced to being a caged bird. Pretty to look at, but wings clipped and song silenced to keep her contained.
Hi there, I like your voice. May I suggest you audition for Bryer Everette? My only suggestion is to try and make the lines seem more natural. It may help if you memorise the lines before you speak them to prevent that ‘read off the page’ feeling I got in this audition. (I’m a director on this project by the way)
