She has a low pitched female voice with an Italian accent. She can go from being completely rude to praising someone in a matter of seconds. The Voice actor for her will need to be able to portray both of these parts of her.
Mirella Li Vicchi is the Italian-born artistic prodigy that has art collectors around the world scrambling to purchase her next piece. While she initially seems flirtatious that will quickly fade away once she starts thinking about her work. As soon as a new piece of art comes to mind she becomes quite rude until she can complete it. It's a vicious cycle for people close to her.
