Shizu consistently finds himself being the voice of reason amongst his peers. He's constantly calming down those around him and everyone loves him for it. Even when he wants to be left alone, people constantly feel drawn to him to have someone to feel better. Not everything he says is reassuring, but people tend to feel comfort from his voice and tone. He accepts his therapeutic talent, but his true goal is to make the world more peaceful to enjoy for himself.
Try sounding like you're comforting a friend after a breakup or a dog running away with nearly every phrase, even if it's while he's annoyed. We're looking for a pretty ASMR-like voice. If you're unsure of what that is, here are a couple of examples (not for inflection, but tone):
"I am Heiwa Shizukesa, the Supreme Therapist. You may now rely on me to help you ease your mind."
(Soft, tranquil) "Everyone calm down. This cannot possibly be an actual trap. If so, would we have been told this information in such a nonchalant manner?"
(Slightly irritated, but calm) "Hold my hand if you must, but please stop shaking."
