Monoryū is the headmaster of the International Hope Foundation! While he usually has a pretty carefree attitude he isn't afraid to become serious or menacing when the situation calls for it. He has a high-pitched male voice similar to the cannon timelines' Monokuma.
(scheming) "Upupupupu. Excellent, Excellent. I’m glad this is going so smoothly.”
(Boastful) “Of course I talk! I ain’t some kinda half-assed wannabe! No Sir! Monoryū is state of the art tech!”
(Cheerful, then menacing at the last sentence) “A word of free advice, kiddo! Don’t go doing anything rash. I’d hate to have to kill you for breaking the rules.”
