Kind and free spirited, very energetic, emotional and happy. Tends to be straightforward with what he says and doesn’t quite understand when’s the right time to make a joke. He will at times slip into a pirate-like accent when he’s speaking quickly. You may also try for him with an Irish, slight French, or English accent.
He's canonically autistic.
When he's drunk, he still speaks almost normally although slurring some words together, just with more laughter, stutters and sluggishness in his tone.
