Arhiro is a sidekick in the series. He's quite the arrogant fellow, believing himself to be smarter and superior than most of his classmates, and dreading his interactions with them. However, this aside, he is quite justice driven, and will stop at almost nothing to capture or take down anyone causing harm or getting in his way.

His name is pronounced "Ar-hero Foo-gee-o"
