Kotori Hiraoka was a ruthless woman who would do anything to get the results she wanted. She did horrible experiments for the Committee that lacked any morals. 


Before the events of the story, she was murdered. But her influence still lives on in her victims and the ones that worship her. 

  • Only if people knew the truth about despair, maybe the world wouldn't be so screwed. But, alas, the world is convinced of Junko Enoshima's. She was but a child. How would she know anything about it?
