Probably because you were too passive the whole time, at the end you put some more action in it and real emotions with energy. Your voice sounds very good on demo, but again those commercials meant to sound kind of passive/soft/relaxing. I would recommend putting more emotions and different voice ton, along with some thoughts behind on what you're actually saying and mean with every specific line.
