Francoise is a third year at Ishigaki All Girl's High. She puts on a cutesy facade for everyone but underneath is really a sadist. Being a third year she decided to join the schools idol group because they were in desperate need of song writer and she wanted to get more into writing songs, so she figured that joining a school idol group would be good practice.
