Background: Usha is a ghost who has the powers of mind control. She is sly, secretive and is quite the enchantress.
Note: Usha debuts in episode 1 and makes a cameo in episode 4, and later plays a more vital role in episode 8

(She and the other villains are plotting against the Elite Senshi. Usha, the psychic sees a vision and announces this line to her superior) "A little too peaceful. I sense the elite senshi are there."
(Usha is amused by a newbie recruit of the villains and 'volunteers' to help him. She knows that he has a thing for him but the feelings are not mutual, and she has something much more sinister in mind) “I can possibly help you...just this once.
(It seems that the villains are successful in capturing the Elite Senshi. Usha has one of the senshi pinned underneath her and says this line a mocking and proud tone) “Well, well, well, what have we here?”
