Weston was created when Ganondorf took Erston's inner negative emotions and separated them. Weston is Erston's "unchained" self, not really afraid of expressing his opinions and doesn't care that much for other's responses. Though, he does retain some of Erston's compassion and is able to get along with some people if need be.
