Sword of the Necromancer (2F, 1M, 1M/F)
Project Overview
I'm writing on behalf of Grimorio of Games to announce the aperture of the casting call for Sword of the Necromancer, a game that was recently successfully funded on Kickstarter, meeting its initial goal in less than 15 hours and achieving more than 1300% what was asked.
Sword of the Necromancer is a dungeon-crawler action RPG with Rogue-like elements where you can revive your defeated enemies to make them fight alongside you. Turn your foes into allies using the forbidden powers of the Sword of the Necromancer and help Tama reach the dungeon's depths in order to gain enough power to bring Koko back from the dead.
The game will feture full voice acting for its cutscenes. Every character will be paid a flat rate of 2$ per line.

Age: 19
Voice type: Middle to low, a bit husky. Blunt to the point of occasional rudeness, aggressive when she's running out of patience.
Tama could never think of herself as a good person.
Strong and agile, and very skilled in sword combat, it didn't take long for the bandits that raised her to notice her potential and start taking advantage of her abilities, exploiting them to infiltrate and steal. She has seen and done horrible things, but she's never killed anyone.
Brave but too hot-headed for her own good, she tends to take unnecessary risks without stopping to think twice about the consequences of her actions (especially in regards to the effect they'll have on other people).
(Impatient and rude)
What’s taking you so long now? Get your arse down here already! We don't have time to waste smelling the roses…
(Teasing, essentially calling Koko a brainbox)
No other girl in this hellhole of a world knows half as much as you do, princess. What's left for you to learn?
(Sad, trying to hold back her emotions and failing after her love is killed. "Koko" = KOH-koh)
I curse myself for not being able to protect that smile. That's the one thing you asked of me. That I protect you... (sobs) Koko... Koko! (long, heartbroken scream)
Age: 21
Voice type: Middle to high, breathy. Well spoken and demure, somewhat ethereal. Always educated in her normal speech, but smug when joking and resolute when the situation requires it.
The only daughter of the High Priest, future heiress of this role.
Koko is very studious, her knowledge is vast when it comes to the history of the continent, the gods’ word and magic pursuits, but she knows very little about the way people live outside her town.
She has a big heart, and always thinks of others first... which makes her end up putting their needs ahead of hers.
(Sounding a bit like a know-it-all)
Indeed. I was taught to read and write at age four. The wise men of the temple took care of training me in all areas of knowledge, as well as music and dance.
(Determined)
I have to see it with my own eyes, experience it in my own flesh. Only then… only then shall I be worthy of helping them.
(Going from a drunken fit of laughter to a brief moment of closeness with Tama, in which she's a bit coy)
And then I said... (gasping for air) I said... YOU look like a boar! (laugh heartedly, and then heave a content sigh as her mood changes) This is nice, isn't it? Being together like this, just the two of us...

Voice type: Deep, gruff. Deranged and unnerving even when trying to keep up appearances.
The fierce leader of the bandits of Alas, Sanzo, is also the man who has been taking care of Tama since she was 9. Unscrupulous and without any resemblance of a moral compass, he will do whatever it takes to get what he wants.
(Trying to sound polite, but comes across as menacing all the same)
Alright then, princess… I figure you already know who I am and what I came for.
(Filling up with rage as he speaks)
All that time taking care of her, and how do you think she pays me? Failing me over and over again!
(Completely deranged)
No one leaves, here! You had one job, whore!
Voice type: male and female, ancient and powerful. We will cast one of each to use as overlapping voices.
Zain is an ancient sorcerer that used dark arts to vanquish death itself and become immortal.
(Solemn)
I am the one they call Necromancer. Tell me, young lady… What reason could possess you to enter my Crypt?
(Taunting)
Come! Claim the power of the Necromancer, if you can!
(Furious)
Foolish mortal… I am eternal!
